Rachel, a licensed Broker and Founder of Sheffield Property Management, brings over two decades of experience in the property management industry. What began as managing a few small rental portfolios has grown under her leadership into a full-service management company known for its integrity, efficiency, and client-centered approach.

With extensive expertise across single-family homes, multi-unit properties, and luxury estates, Rachel understands the importance of every home and the trust placed in her team to care for it. Raven Goff, Property Manager

Raven, a proud local native, brings over nine years of experience in the property management industry to Sheffield Property Management. Her career began as a Leasing Agent in multi-family communities, where her strong work ethic and leadership skills quickly propelled her to the role of Property Manager.

With extensive expertise in managing unit turnovers, overseeing capital improvement projects, handling lease administration and negotiations, and cultivating positive tenant relations, Raven has consistently demonstrated professionalism and dedication in every aspect of her work. Her proven track record and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable member of our team — and we’re proud to have her continue growing with Sheffield Property Management.

Yasmani Leos, Maintenance Coordinator

With over 25 years of diverse experience across multiple industries, Yasmani brings a well-rounded skill set rooted in problem-solving, communication, and customer service excellence. After three successful years as an Inside Sales Agent in real estate, he joined Sheffield Property Management as a Maintenance Coordinator, where he found a true passion for turning challenges into solutions.

Drawing from a strong background in sheet metal manufacturing and assembly, Yasmani applies a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to coordinating maintenance operations and ensuring timely, high-quality results. Known for resolving issues efficiently and fostering positive relationships with tenants, homeowners, and vendors, he is committed to creating a seamless and professional maintenance experience.

Vivien Videki, Leasing Agent

Vivien serves as a Leasing Agent for Sheffield Property Management, where she brings strong communication, organization, and client service skills to the leasing process. With a background in program coordination and customer support, she excels at understanding individual needs, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a smooth experience for both owners and residents. Vivien also draws on her marketing experience to effectively present and promote properties, helping connect the right residents with the right homes. Samantha Collins, Marketing Director

Samantha serves as the Marketing Director for Sheffield Property Management, where she leads the company’s content creation and social media strategy. She is passionate about highlighting SPM’s expertise in managing single-family homes and small multi-family properties while strengthening the company’s online presence. With a creative mindset and a sharp eye for detail, Samantha plays a key role in elevating the Sheffield Property Management brand and supporting continued growth.

Robert Schwarz, Chief Financial Officer

After concluding a distinguished 22-year military career, Robert transitioned into the role of Chief Financial Officer for Sheffield Property Management in 2022. In this capacity, he oversees all financial operations, including accounting, tenant rent processing, tax payments, vendor disbursements, monthly accrual reporting, and the management of online payment systems.

With over 25 years of expertise in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy, Robert brings a disciplined, results-driven approach that ensures the company’s fiscal stability and long-term growth. His strategic insight and commitment to excellence play a vital role in the continued success of Sheffield Property Management.

Outside the office, Robert enjoys exploring new destinations and cultures — his love of travel reflects the same curiosity, organization, and adaptability that define his professional life.
