Raven Goff, Property Manager

Raven, a local native, brings nearly five years of experience in the Property Management Industry to our team. Her journey commenced as a leasing agent in multi-family communities, where she swiftly ascended the ranks to become a seasoned Property Manager. With significant expertise in managing unit turnovers, overseeing capital improvement projects, handling lease administration and negotiations, as well as fostering positive tenant relations, Raven has already proven her mettle during her tenure at SPM. We are delighted to welcome her aboard and witness her continued success as an integral part of our team!

Bethney Navarro, Leasing Agent

Bethney joins us as our leasing agent, bringing her expertise all the way from the Philippines! With a passion for delivering exceptional service in the real estate industry, Bethney specializes in leasing and administrative efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Her strong organizational and communication skills make her a perfect fit for all leasing matters here at SPM. From handling contracts to coordinating maintenance requests and processing rental applications, Bethney excels at managing schedules, correspondence, and providing comprehensive administrative support. Rhonda Brown, Marketing Director

Rhonda brings over five years of experience in the real estate industry and has recently joined the SPM family as our Marketing Director. With a background in owning multiple businesses and organizing various city-wide community events, Rhonda has established herself as an authority in branding and marketing. Her professional creativity, particularly in content creation and social media, is poised to elevate SPM's marketing efforts to new heights. We are thrilled to welcome Rhonda aboard and eagerly anticipate the innovative directions she will lead us in!

Robert Schwarz, Chief Financial Officer

After concluding a 22-year military career, Robert transitioned into the role of Chief Financial Officer for the company in 2022. He oversees all financial operations, encompassing accounting, processing tenants' rent payments, managing tax payments and vendor disbursements, preparing accruals for monthly reports, and overseeing online payment management systems. With a comprehensive background in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy accumulated over 25 years, Robert's wealth of experience significantly contributes to our company's success.

Nikki Haynes, Operations Process Manager

As a former RN, Nikki decided to change it up and throw her hat in the world of Real Estate! She obtained her Sales License in the summer of 2023, and decided to join the SPM family as the Audit Administrator. Her job is to assess the quality assurance of the company's internal structures, as well as the administrative control systems that are in place to ensure that the goals and objectives set forth by SPM are achieved. Her desire is to make us the leading, most efficient property management company in the entire southern region!
